Deceptively roomy for it's size, it's 3000 pound weight makes it easy to tow behind your vehicle. Equipped with recent tires, 2 propane tanks, 2 recent deep cycle batteries, colorful slip covers in the dinette and a new storage cover. New upgraded mattress sleeps 2 comfortably in your own "bedroom" plus the dinette turns into a bed for any extra surprise guests. 3 burner propane stove and oven, refrigerator that runs on propane or shore power, microwave and hookups for tv's (never used). Also never used is the toilet. There is a grey water tank for the sinks and shower and a freshwater tank with pump for when there's no access to a hose. Overhead fan and A/C unit, heat is from propane, nice and warm!
