2021 Forest River 17JG Camper

+ No accidents.

+ AC works.
+ Propane: Heat worked last time I used it but have not used it in some time. Cooking worked best I can remember but also not used in some time. Outside fitting was leaking, have the new part, needs to be replaced. I have an electric cooktop that I used for all cooking, works. I also used electric heaters rather than the propane heating.
+ Roof: one leak in the back rear corner. Caused some damage but otherwise roof is in good condition. Back corner by the bunks will need to be repaired. Structurally seems ok but water damage from the leak. Needs to be repaired.
+ Wheels and Brakes: I moved the Camper in April and towed fine. Tires seemed ok. trailer sat for a few years while I lived in the Camper here in South Carolina. No idea of status except it went down the road with no problem.
+ Hot water heater tank has a leak.
+ Water systems: Black and Grey tanks working fine, no issues to report. Fresh water pump works. Fresh water tank is fine.
+ Mini Blinds: In need of updating, repair.
+ Awning works.
+ Stereo seemed to be getting a bit finicky, something with the Bluetooth.
+ Kitchen countertop in need of replacing.
+ Battery was replaced but years ago.
+ Solar works.
+ Towing: Camper has a tow system with the bars that attach to hitch, in good condition.
+ Includes: hoses, blocks, power cord, storage bins,
Camper has a rear rack for bin storage.
+ Includes tv mount in the dinette. This mount could be easily relocated depending on use. Works for a computer monitor too and can double as a standup, sit down desk mount for working.

Overall the Camper seems structurally solid and ready for some TLC and repairs. She could be a good project for someone looking to get into Camping at a lower price point and make some updates while customizing the Camper. Located near Mount Pleasant South Carolina.
