I can assist the new owner transferring it into theirs. The camper is in excellent condition. Has an on board Onan 5500 generator with only 70 hrs. Entirely new roof less than one year old with much thicker material than stock. Has two air conditioners and a remote controlled power fan in the rear. Gas/electric water heater. Gas stove and furnace. On board fuel tank with electric fuel pump. Passthrough storage underneath bathroom/ front master area. I transported my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 in the 12ft cargo area comfortably and it pulled excellent. Each room has a tv in it to include the cargo area in the rear. Installed are electronic front and rear jacks as well. The fifth wheel attachment will be included in the sale. The fifth wheel is a pull rite super glide hitch. I am asking $36000 obo.
