13 x 6.5 feet of living space, 2 x 7 foot back deck, gray/black/white trim, wet bath, three-way fridge, stove top, full bed utilizing the collapsible table, two regular bunkbeds, one small fold-down bunkbed, European-style push-out windows with integrated screen/shade, lots of storage, furnace and A/C, TV with DVD, and sound system with CD.

This little aluminum-frame trailer is tough and light. At 2250 pounds dry weight, it can easily be towed by a mid-sized six-cylinder SUV or truck. Purchased new in 2016, it has only had one owner. Sleeps up to five. It's unusual to find so much sleeping space and the back deck on small trailers like this. Absolutely no wood used in the construction; just aluminum and Azdel paneling, so no mold issues.

Modifications: collapsable, pedestal, marine style table in place of the original folding table. Vinyl flooring and seat/bed cushions removed to mitigate chemical sensitivities. Floor is now the underlying aluminum decking.

Wear and tear: faded/cracked decals on the exterior, some oxidation, and one scratch on the back left. Missing awning, but the hardware is intact and usable. Interior is still in good shape except one window latch is missing. The window has two left though and closes fine.

Comes with heavy-duty weight distributing hitch, stinger, water hose, electrical cord, sewer hose, brake controller, bottle jack, full trailer cover, attachable towing mirrors, and spare vent cover.
