Purchased in April 2022 and used mostly for weekend jaunts to the nearby lakes, it is like new, even better than new. Has a grill and beverage fridge outside and a huge awning. Super Dinette makes a large bed, big enough for two adults that really like each other:>) Tons of storage throughout including an actual closet in the bedroom, pantry closet in kitchen and lots of other cabinets. Oversized shower, fits a 6' person just fine.

AC has been upgraded to channel air better and also has high flow vents added.

We are selling it ready to camp with all needed power cords, sewer hoses, water hose, wheel chocks, sway control hitch, large camp mat and leveling blocks. You can take it from our driveway directly to the campground...just bring food and personal items.
