I am the original owner, purchased new from Curtis Trailer in Oregon. The 12 1/2 ft long garage fits a four seat RZR. Has eight lug axles and deck over construction. Goodyear endurance tires installed in 2024 with GM tire pressure sensors for 2020+ HD trucks.

It’s in good condition, tows great, and all systems work correctly. Has a couple minor soft spots in the garage floor from where the RZR tires roll in and some wear on one of the couch seats. Never any pets or smoking. Has Duratain protective coating, Onan onboard generator, and fuel station. Includes 14k weight distribution hitch and anti sway bar.
