Purchased new in May 2025. Myself, my spouse, and our 3 children lived in it for 6 months while renovating a new home. It has been parked on our farm. It is still winterized. Used-good condition because couch bed is broken. Couch still works, just the pull out bed portion is broken. Great RV that served its purpose well for our family. Open to discussing long term rentals.
