Kids are getting older, and we simply don't use it enough anymore. This has been our 3rd 5th wheel over the last 15 years, so this has been super well cared for, and extremely well maintained, by a meticulous detail oriented owner. Washed after every trip, waxed once a year. Rubber gaskets are treated twice a year, and all items in the rig function and work as they did upon initial delivery. Only "fixes" to the unit include a new water pump which I installed (better quality than the factory garbage), and a new control box on the front AC unit as one of the wires in the old box broke. I replaced it, and had a tech come in April to check everything out, and confirmed all was working as new. This rig averages around 15-20 nights a year of use. When stored, I park it on wood planks to ensure no tire leaching from gravel at the storage facility. I changed the axle grease in the fall of 2024. This unit has the 2 dragonfly lithium batteries which are incredible. I remove them every winter, and store them in my basement to avoid cold damage. When I put them back in, in the spring, they are still full. 2 Solar panels on the roof keep the batteries full dry camping. The unit also has slide toppers (extra cost, and installed by dealer prior to purchase). Also has the Furrion - 3 camera system (including rear and side views), as well as TPMS on the tires with monitor. Camera and tpms monitor will convey to new owner. No issues, no damage, no accidents, NO SMOKING. Just a very well cared for unit ready to make memories for another family. Lots of RV supplies available and included at full price (king pin stabilizer, rear stabilizer, all hoses, connectors, dog bones, sewer lines).
