Description
This LANCE Model 1985 trailer has over $11,000 in factory options resulting in an original $49,913 MSRP. Post-factory, the trailer gained 2 more solar panels upgrading to 590W, 2 matching lithium batteries making it 400Ah and supporting Victron electronic equipment anchored by a 3,000W MultiPlus inverter capable of running the AC and microwave. If you choose to be away from the grid, this trailer is capable.
It is turn-key ready for RV and National Parks to Forest Service campgrounds and remote boondocking locations. Towing is easy due to its 5,700 lb. GVWR, lift kit, dual axles and included weight distribution hitch. Longer stays are made possible by 3-20# propane bottles, large fresh-water, grey and black water holding tanks (all 3 at 45 gallons). It is 4-season rated with furnace heat ducted to the insulated tanks in colder weather.
A deep dinette slideout creates an open kitchen/living space. The front jack-knife sofa lays flat to support a comfortable queen inner-spring mattress. Storage is plentiful with large pull-out drawers below the dinette seating and thoughtful cabinetry throughout.
The galley kitchen has a 7 Cu Ft elec/gas fridge, 3-burner high output stove/oven, range hood, microwave and large undermount sink with pull-out faucet and covers. The rear bathroom has a skylight above the shower, porcelain toilet, and cabinets with drawers along one wall.
Heating is provided by a 25,000 BTU propane furnace and cooling with a 35,000 BTU Coleman A/C unit. A 16' powered awning, Fantastic Fan and tiltable, tinted windows allow multiple airflow options.
You'll see in the photos that all the equipment you need to travel is included. There is also a easily stowable extension for a Standard Starlink receiver.
This camper has been a joy to us, providing tons of fun and adventure but our travel camping days are now in the rear view. If yours are starting or you're looking to move to this kind of setup, this trailer is quality-built and easy to use.
