This 1985 LANCE travel trailer is turn-key ready for camping from RV and National Parks to smaller Forest Service campgrounds and remote boondocking locations. Towing is made easy due to its lighter weight, dual axles and included weight distribution hitch. Longer stays are made possible by 3-20# propane bottles, large fresh-water and holding tanks (all 3 at 45 gallons), and 590W of rooftop solar, 400Ah of lithium batteries and Victron 3,000W inverter. It is 4-season rated with furnace heat also feeding the insulated tanks.

A deep dinette slideout creates an open kitchen/living space. The jack-knife sofa lays flat to support a surprisingly comfortable inner-spring mattress while also housing the solar system underneath. Storage is plentiful with large pull-out drawers below the dinette seating and thoughtful cabinetry throughout.

The galley kitchen offers SS 7 Cu Ft elec/gas fridge, 3-burner high output stove/oven, range hood, microwave and large undermount sink with pull out faucet and covers. The rear bathroom has a skylight above the shower, porcelain toilet, and cabinets with drawers on one wall.

Heating and cooling are provided by a 25,000 BTU gas furnace and 35,000 BTU Coleman A/C unit. A 16' powered awning, Fantastic Fan and tiltable, tinted windows allow for non-powered options.

You'll see in the photos that all the equipment you need to travel is included. There is also a ladder extension mount for a Standard Starlink should you find yourself tree challenged.

This camper has been a joy to us, providing lots of fun and adventure. Alas, we are settling onto a mountain RV lot for our next phase and need more space for longer stays and guests.
