2017 Keystone Laredo DIY Modern Boho Reno DUAL AC & Silicone Roof
This is a lived-in, real-world 2017 Keystone Laredo that we have called home for the last 3 years. Its not a showroom unit, but its a solid, functional space thats been significantly upgraded to handle the Arizona climate. The Floor: There is a squishy/soft spot in the floor. Its been that way while we lived here, but a buyer might want to reinforce or repair it eventually.
The Slide-Out: The slide currently struggles with the weight of the residential fridge. It stops a few inches short of a full retract. Im planning to pull the fridge once I move to prove the motor is fine and it's just a weight/clearance issue.
Basement Door: One of the exterior basement storage doors is on a non-factory, custom hinge after the original failed. Its a DIY fix that works but isn't "factory standard."
Cosmetic Dings: There are typical dings and scratches on the cabinets and walls from 3 years of daily life.
