1 owner, gently used.  We took very good care of this unit.  Re-sealed the roof seams every 2yrs.  Stored under cover.  Everything is working and in excellent shape except (getting picky):

- freshwater tank doesn’t hold water (campsite water hookup is a better option anyway)
- awning gone
- crack in outdoor kitchen counter (as shown)
- minor wear on cabinets down close to the floor
