This is for a Lance 2014 855 (non-slide) camper. It is suited for a 3/4 ton short bed truck. This sale is contingent on me closing on my new home tentatively 6/01/26.

Desirable non-slide floor plan. Similar to the 855S model but without the slide. So this unit is much lighter than the slide model

Two propane tanks. Two 200w Renogy solar panels, Renogy 40 amp Rover MPPT charge controller, Renogy 2000w Inverter, 2 Renogy 100AH LiPo batteries, Shunt. All electric jacks work. Outdoor shower. 30 gallon fresh water, 25 gallon black tank and 20 gallon grey tank. 3 way fridge works great AC, Gas 12v. Six gallon electric and gas hot water heater. Furnace runs on propane and works well keeps stuff cold and even makes ice the old fashioned iced cube tray way. AC works well.

New queen size mattress. Has exhaust fan in bathroom and living room. Microwave. Stove and oven. 19 TV. Exit hatch above bed area and side window exit. Rear and side awning. Rear ladder Four season camper. Everything works as it should and its in great shape for a 12 year old camper. No leaks. No soft spots. This model has the front nose cap.

Currently I'm on a multi-month journey.

All documentation included. The Lance documentation says it weighs 2744 pounds wet.

Note: I have it mounted on a 2017 F250 4WD Crew Cab 6.2l gasser with anti-sway bars front and rear, Helwig spring helpers, sumo springs, 10 ply E rated tires and Bilstein shocks. The truck is not included in the sale.

The information on the truck is listed for reference. The truck is not included in the sale. The Lance documentation says the camper is suited to an F250. My F250 specs out 3351 cargo capacity before the modifications. You may wish to pair it with an F350 or Chevy/GMC 1 Ton instead of a 3/4 ton.
