We just used it the last time over spring break. Its a great starter trailer for a family. When not in use, it is kept in our garage. We do not have pets in our camper and we are nonsmokers. This camper can sleep 5 but we never used the dinette as a bed. It looks great and works great! A/c, heat, solar panels, heated mattresses. Sink works well, no leaks. Includes a microwave, 2 propane tanks and battery. There is a queen bed that is 60x80 and the other bed is 48x80. It does have an awning that has only been used a few times that is in the zippered bag attached along the top of the camper. Electric jack!
