Very well maintained Super Star. It's a custom order unit that has just about every option you could get for this year model except for the outdoor tv. Full solar package. Washer/dryer and dishwasher. The solid color tungsten exterior paint with matching awnings is a show stopper. I get compliments on how sleek it looks all the time. The industry exclusive air ride cab along with the suspension upgrades makes this the ultimate Super C that rides and drives awesome. Chassis still under factory warranty until late 2028. This has the 8.9L engine. Tires are in great shape. I'm moving out of the country and unfortunately cannot take this with me. Title is with Bank Of America.

Everything you need to get started on the road will convey with purchase. Including tow bar, Weber grill, cutlery, appliances etc.

1. Third AC added mid coach. If you know Super Stars, having only 2 AC's is not sufficient in the summer heat. 
2. Pull out sofa bed replaced with Bradd & Hall power recliners with added swivel table trays to replace dinette seating area. 
3. Dinette booth replaced with a Bradd & Hall jack knife sofa. This accomplished three things: increased sleeping capacity, increased seating/entertaining capacity and increased walking area when slides are closed drastically. Before is was not easy to move about when the slides were in. 
4. All windows tinted with ceramic heat block film including windshield and sunroof. 
5. Sonos wifi sounds system throughout including one portable unit outside. 
6. Koni shocks and sumo springs - combined with the air ride cab, this rides and drives excellent.
7. Apple TV and Dish satellite boxes at both televisions.

Things it needs:
1. Oasis is due for it's 4 year service.
2. Two of the bay doors need to be adjusted to close easier.
3. Small quarter size paint chip on driver side door step.

Price is firm given the value, condition and upgrades.
