The 2015 Jayco Jay Flight 23MB is a compact trailer packing a lot of utility. This model features a queen-size murphy bed that quickly folds up providing a comfortable sofa and lots of space. There's a double bunk in the rear, perfect for children but large enough for adults, and the dinette converts into a bed if more sleeping space is needed.

The model includes an LCD TV with aerial, AM/FM radio with bluetooth and indoor/outdoor speakers, a large powered awning, electric tongue jack and plenty of storage for your get-aways.

The trailer is in overall good condition for its age, used lightly and kept clean. The only fault is the HVAC system is currently in-op -- the heater, AC and fan system stopped quite suddenly all at once. Circuit breakers and fuses on the panel were checked but seemed OK.

All other systems on the trailer are fine: fridge, stove, microwave, plumbing, awning and tank monitoring panel.
