Bunk house is in rear and has door that can be closed to block noise when kids are sleeping, and adults want to relax in the living room. Have replaced DVD/CD player, power convertor, refrigerator control panel. Black water tank and toilet (2025). Camper comes with dishes, pans, silverware, tools and other camping equipment. New owner won't need to supply much to start camping this year.
