We have owned this motorhome for the past 8 years. It has been regularly maintained both inside and out. We drive it to Florida and/or the Southwest United States every year and runs great with no issues. We mainly drive long distance (primarily highway miles) so regular maintenance and dependability is important to us. We change the oil after every trip (or every 4,000-7,000 miles) and use full synthetic oil. In September 2024, we took it to a Ford dealer and had the spark plugs replaced, the differential fluid changed, the drivetrain inspected and changed the transmission fluid. The motorhome is washed a few times a year, and the exterior is waxed annually. The interior is also thoroughly cleaned after each trip. Given the age, there are a few cosmetic items to note. The exterior decals are fading/cracking. There is also a small fiberglass crack near the back bumper and another by the front corner near the door. In the interior, there are a few scratches/cracks in the countertops and kitchen sink. Overall, for a 2012 model it is in great shape. We have thoroughly enjoyed our travels in this unit making many miles of memories. We hope the same for the next owners.
