This is a lightly used RV. Everything works great. Mattress is a very comfortable king size that was upgraded when the trailer was bought. We are the original owners. Tires are good. Awning was added over the slide out. I have an extension cord , 30 amp to 50amp plug adaptor, and a surge protector plug to go with trailer. I have a Curt load leveler hitch that I will sell also (200.00)if you need it.
