This trailer is in excellent condition. All amenities work as they should, including the solar panels, television, a/c, heat, water, etc. It is very clean, and actually smells new (to my discerning nose). No pets have been inside, and it has been very well maintained. Additional items available if interested (including waste hauler, convenient for when you're parking off grid).
