RV is ready to use - Roof cleaned/sealed, new toilet gaskets, recent tires, house batteries only 2 years old...
RV was just fully buffed/waxed ($1,000) and was de-badged (no stickers) when almost new, so it has a really clean look.

Weldtec Design Suspension - do some research, this was over $10k installed with new larger BFG all-terrain tires. This is the best suspension upgrade for a class C and makes the RV drive like an SUV and increases ground clearance (so you do not hit the black tank valve just pulling out of a gas station or driveway).

I have the play pen gate for the back ramp/deck. I uninstalled the gate since our kids were older.

This has been a great rig, but the kids are older and doing their own thing so we downsized to a van.

Only possible trade would be for 2023+ F250/F350 Lariat or higher trim level (preferably with Tremor package)
