After a few medical scares recently, our son has talked us into moving permanently close to him.
Since this has been our home for nearly 9 years, we have taken exceptional care of it believing it to be in above average condition. It is exceptionally clean with no odors. It has been professionally cleaned and waxed twice a year with the carpets cleaned annually. The chassis has been serviced according to Spartan recommendations by Spartan technicians.
