I've owned this unit for a year after purchasing from the original owner. I have upgraded the water heater to a gas instant unit, new battery and refitted with complete interior furnishings, and winterized by a local RV dealer who inspected and serviced all mechanicals.inand We have never used it and find we are just too busy sadly.
