Electrical / mechanical all in working order. Tires have less than 1,000 miles on them. Unit has a large open floor plan that is suitable for different sleeping arrangements. Included is a full-size bedframe & mattress which provides additional sleeping or couch space. Small dinette table is free-standing (not built in), so can be moved around as needed. It includes 2 chairs. This unit DOES NOT have a built in dinette like some RVs do.

Unit has electric stabilizing jacks. Large storage area under the front bedroom. Heater is 35,000 btu. AC unit is 13,500 btu. Refrigerator runs on elec/propane with automatic switchover. Includes a 15 foot wide manual awning in good shape. Canopy was replaced 3 years ago.
