Enclosed area is 16' x 7' 6". Fabricated of 2" x 6" commercial grade aluminum walls, floor and roof for structural integrity . . Entirely surrounded with 5" styrofoam (R 32 value ),wrapped with 3/8" plywood on both sides that was painted entirely before being installed. Birch paneling has 3 coats of urethane. Floor has 3/4" double vinal coated plywood- see pics at the bottom. Rubber roof & aluminum siding. 4 yr old 6,000 lb each TK axles, -both with electric brakes. Sumo stabilizers and Morryde weight distribution system. . E-load tires, -all with less than 500 miles on them. Newer Memory foam mattresses, Recpro LP/electric refrigerator 3. Yrs old. 3 yr old 10 gallon GE water heater and GE - A/C with remote 3 yrs old. Also has microwave, pizza size accommodating toaster oven / convection 3yrs old and 4 burner gas stove. Dining table top lifts up from under mattresses. All walls directly attached to floor frame platform, no wood in-between. Photos 13 & 14 show overhead storage/bunk area. Professionally welded throughout. All screws coated with threadlock and all bolts have cotter keys so those won't vibrate loose. Hasn't been used for a few years.
