I've known him and his wife for years. I have helped them buy several motorhomes, so they are seasoned owners and know how to care for and operate the Motorhome. This is not their first Open Road, they have owned a mid teen version of this coach and several diesel pushers, also. So, there is a history there of great ownership and you can be confident that all the bugs that present with a new coach have been tackled. This coach is super clean. Here are some details of maintenance, etc and all the things that will come with the coach:

All Slides are HYDRAULIC

The Lippert hydraulic recall has been performed on the slides, they work perfectly

Snap Pads added to the jack feet to prevent cupping

Girard Awnings added on the Driver Side over the windows to help with the sun and to shade the coach and keep it cooler

Maxx Air Vent Covers on the roof vents

Tint added to the driver side and the passenger side windows to match the same % tint of the factory windows in the body of the coach

Blocks/stands that were built by the owner on the recommendation of Lippert. He built those in case they parked on grass and they prevent sinking into the ground.

All service at 5000 miles was performed at the Tiffin Service Center, including the motor and generator services.
