We bought this unit brand new in May 2023, towed it roughly 60 miles to our property near Vergas, MN, and it has never moved since. No highway miles other than that maiden voyage. It has been on shore power its entire life, stored inside our shop every winter, and used seasonally for two and a half summers. We are the original owners with full documentation including the original purchase agreement.

We have owned campers and motor homes for 30 years this is by far the best RV we have ever owned. We built a lake house that is now complete, so we simply no longer have a need for it. If it weren't for that, we would keep it for many years to come.

CONDITION & NOTES
Excellent condition. One minor item in progress: the touch screen control panel display went out (a known issue as the backup battery ages). Jayco tech support diagnosed it, the replacement part is a plug-and-play swap, and it will be resolved before any sale.

Currently located near Vergas, MN (Rose Lake area). Local pickup preferred.
