Known issues (priced accordingly):
1)Alde 3020HE Flow instant hot water unit bypassed due to slow leak; standard, hot water and full Alde heating system completely functions normally without it; its just not unlimited and instant. I never ran out of hot water after the bypass; I dont notice a difference
2)Dometic fan plastic knob stripped operates on low and off only
3)Alde system due for glycol flush.

Recent maintenance:
1)Wheel bearings repacked February 2025
2)nuCamp battery cutoff switch recall service completed February 2025.

All other systems fully functional.
