I purchased this camper brand new and it has never had any issues. It's easy to tow with being under 2000 lbs and 15ft long by 7ft wide.

Winterizing the camper has been done, a brand new battery and full propane tank are recent housekeeping items I've done.

I have added two storage boxes, a bike rack for two and a "Jack A Way" to the outside. I have an electric Jack that will come with the sale of this unit. There have been no modifications to the interior.

Heat, hot water, solar, AC and fan with TV, microwave and cassette toilet.

I have title for the unit and will only consider cash purchases.
