The 2022 Dutchmen Kodiak SE 27SBH is a top-of-the-line travel trailer designed for those who appreciate quality and comfort on the road. We lived in this last summer while we built an Airbnb, its so nice but we want to go with a smaller unit since we plan to do some out west trips. This camper was driven to the site and parked there. No trips aside from that.

From the spacious interior to the durable exterior, every aspect of this trailer is designed to enhance your camping experience. Note we had Hilltop RV in Columbia Heights MN reseal the roof and also the underbelly.

The 27SBH trim level offers plenty of room for sleeping and lounging, with a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom and bunk beds for the kids. Stock bunk beds have paper thin bases so we added actual plyboard base and the mattresses are perfect, covers have also been washed. The living area features a cozy dinette and a sofa that can be converted into an extra sleeping space. TV comes with the unit and there is also an electric fireplace. Behind fireplace is a large pantry.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a cook top, refrigerator, and microwave, so you can cook your favorite meals on the go. The bathroom is spacious and includes a shower, sink, and toilet for added convenience. Shower head is a filtered aftermarket we added and the best part is the instant hot water heater we had installed. Shower your heart out! Warm water forever.

Outside, the Kodiak SE features a power awning, outdoor speakers, outdoor refrigerator and plenty of storage space for all your gear. With its durable construction and reliable components, this travel trailer is built to withstand all types of weather and road conditions. Has brand new septic handle too. Awning works great and the LED lights are nice.

Overall, the 2022 Dutchmen Kodiak SE 27SBH is a fantastic choice for those looking to upgrade their camping experience. With deferred maintenance complete and all the upgrades we have done this unit is priced to move!(so we can move onto our next camper!)
