Single owner, garage kept, plumbing/shower/toilet never used. Close to mint condition. Heated mattresses?!? They are awesome on a chilly night and usually make the furnace unnecessary. Roomy, very easy to tow. Ask about my tow hitch with sway bars which I can add to the package or sell separately if unwanted. They made a big difference with out towing at highway speed.
