Selling our one owner motorhome that was produced in Q1 of 2020 just before COVID hit. It has been stored in a totally enclosed shop since new and it shows in the like new appearance. The interior is super comfortable and sleeps 7-9. We replaced the uncomfortable sofa with a power reclining genuine leather loveseat (made for home, not RV furniture) giving you a really comfortable place to sit that feels like home. The super comfortable captains chairs upfront and the dining booth upholstery are in perfect condition with no tears, rips, wear, or shredding. The bedroom came with a queen bed that we've modified into a RV King (70" x 75"). You will see in the pictures that it has two 30" x 75" mattresses with a 10" section in between. It gives you the space you need to sleep comfortably with a section in the middle that you can access the rear bed with ease. It has worked great for us. It could easily be modified to a regular RV King (70" x 75"mattress if you didn't like the split. The bedroom has direct access to the large bath which is really convenient. The bunks each have their own TV/DVD systems and privacy curtains. The over the cab bed features the large window with power shade. We've taken excellent care of this motorhome and it still looks like new. The only exception is some yellowing in the flooring which is caused by the glue the manufacturer used. We have always kept nice rugs down to help contain dirt and don't really notice the yellowing too much. I had the oil changed at 1k miles and have only used full synthetic since, changed every 5k miles. It features Onyx Partial Paint, full fiberglass roof, legendary V-10 engine, 7,500 lb. hitch, satellite prep, solar prep, hydraulic auto leveling system, power awning, 4000 Onan generator, convection microwave, oven, and tons of under coach storage (3 small bays, 2 medium bays, 1 extra large bay, and the water systems bay). I've had the roof inspected/cleaned and the full wall slide serviced and lubricated on a regular basis by a RV dealer in Tulsa where I've had all work completed except for oil changes. I just replaced all of the tires this week. We've never had a flat or blowout.
