Its been freshly professionally waxed from top to bottom and the roof is in great shape!

One of the things weve always appreciated is how open and comfortable it feels inside. With the three slide-outs, it really doesnt feel cramped like a lot of campersit feels more like a small apartment. The rear living area is a great place to relax, especially in the evenings. We love the fireplace.

The kitchen has plenty of space and storage, which made longer stays easy, and the bedroom is roomy with a king bed and good storage as well. Its a comfortable setup whether youre staying somewhere for a while or just getting away for a weekend.

Weve taken good care of it and kept it clean, and everything is ready for the next owner to enjoy. It would be a great fit for someone looking to travel, spend winters somewhere warmer, or have a comfortable place to stay at a campground.

Weve made a lot of good memories with it and hope someone else can do the same.
