Meet Hollie our 1972 Land Yacht Overlander. We have had her for 6 years. She is 27', new AC, 2 twin beds, and a futon that can be converted into a bed. The prior owners used two reclining chairs instead of the original couch. She is in good shape for her year and basically in her original condition. A microwave and DVD player were added before we bought her. The electrics work, the towing tongue power lift works and the stabilizing bars are all in working order. We do not know anything about the propane or water lines as we have always camped at state parks with hookups. For heat we have just used a space heater and it worked great. There is plenty of storage, the bathroom is spacious for a camper and the original refrigerator works well. She will come with the following: bedding for the 2 twin beds, a step stool, propane outdoor grill, tire locks, hook up Hoses, Hook Up electrical adapter, Central Vac, 2 sets of lift blocks a space heater, coffee pot, blender, waffle maker, set of silverware, 2 laundry/trash baskets, small trash can for the bathroom, toilet sanitizer, and a 25 gallon water storage container for boondocking.
She will also come with the trailer hitch that has anti-sway bars.
Additionally, we would consider selling the generator (Predator 3500, used rarely) that we have for her that is necessary for running the AC and power when boondocking, for an additional fee.
Bonus points: we have the original owners manual from 1972.
You will need a truck to trailer her and a trailer brake would make your life easier.
We hope her next home will enjoy the old gem as much as we did.
