Where do I even start with this particular unit and floor plan.  First off this is a THS not a TH.  Sometimes that gets easily confused.  What does that mean you say??  That means it has a 13' 6" garage vs the 12' 6".  A couple other things is that it has a larger kitchen slide with counter space next to range, a third awning on the entry slide for a total of 4 awnings and a different bathroom configuration with double entries.  The 397THS is the only floor plan they offer with this big of a garage and a full TWO bathrooms. Lastly, which doesn't hurt either, it is the best priced one in the country with these options and in all original condition...at least that I could find.

Clearly you can see this one has a very rare option which is the full body paint which is stunning and in beautiful condition!!  Next it has the optioned 8k # axles with disc brakes.  This thing is loaded up nicely and equally as or more importantly than all of that is that it is in excellent condition, no alterations and is all original!!
