This trailer is in excellent condition, has been lightly used with only two owners, and is priced to sell. The first owner occupied the unit for six months during a home renovation, and we purchased it for our student to live in while they attended college in the Bay Area. As a result, it has only been towed three times total. The interior has been kept strictly smoke-free and animal-free, and because it has been adult-owned and occupied, the upholstery and cabinetry remain in good shape.
