The unit is in overall good shape. The AC, furnace, solar and everything else are fully functional. I'm looking to sell it because it just doesn't get used enough. Its located in Washington, NJ. I'm willing to deliver it if its a reasonable distance away. I can also arrange to have the unit shipped. I'll include the power cable and adapter to plug into a regular outlet.
