EVERYTHING works. The camper is heated and not winterized so everything can be tested. If anything breaks, the extended warranty has 2 years left (Ends 3/19/2028).

Dialed in for boondocking with 300Ah LiFePO4 battery, 800W of solar on the roof, and a 4000W Onan generator. The camper will run for 3-4 days just off the battery with no solara week if you are frugal. If you need to run the microwave or air conditioning, just fire up the on-board generator.

The floor is in excellent condition as its only been used to haul light duty items like kayaks, mountain bikes, and an occasional dirt bike.

INCLUDES B&W Continuum Hitch with 2 standard or 2.5 extended shank (I have both) installed and ready to go. This hitch is $1100 and a game changer for a toy hauler as it allows you to easily adjust to weight in the camper.

The only thing that needs attention is the front cap sticker. The rest of the exterior and stickers are in great shape. If I end up keeping it, Ill probably remove it. A superior grade 3rd-party one can be sourced for ~$300 if you want to replace it.

If you have a Ram truck, it is wired for the digital rear view camera which Ill remove it if you cant use it.
