Built for a short box truck, this camper is absolutely beautifully made of high grade materials. Original spec sheet lists camper at over $45,000! The list of amenities is long and full. This camper is not perfect as it is a 2012 but everything works except for the Onan propane generator and we haven't been able to take it to a place that services them. It worked fine when we bought the camper so it needs some adjustment. Has 4 power jacks with remote control, ice cold air, 30,000 furnace, a silde out with a double loveseat and still has room for a small portable table for eating and two folding chairs. Entertainment system, stove, oven, microwave, big two door 3 way refrigerator, two sided sink, nice closet and drawers, and a wet bath with sink, toilet, and shower. Has two awnings, one over back door and one on the side. We added the loveseat, a Rec Pro, and kept the dinette in case you prefer that for the second sleeping space. Dry weight is 2930 and wet is 3455. Would not recommend any truck smaller than a 3500 and suggest dual rear wheels. We also installed air bags and had no hauling problems. Fresh water 50 gal, Grey and black, 30 gal., 6 gal water heater, and two 7 gallon propane tanks. Two batteries, converter and inverter. It had a leak at one time but we sealed the roof. One upper window with a taped crack that never leaked, and the usual small dings and dents. We are senior citizens and due to health issues just can't climb the steps anymore.
