Im selling this trailer because it needs more work than Im able to give it. Im selling this as a fixer upper. There are some cracks in the outside plastic. The storage box needs a new lid and the inside canvas windows have small rips, the overall canvas is in great condition. This trailer has no leaks no water damage. No rodents. It has been well cared for for the past five years. We just camped in it last September.

It needs some electrical work. The drop-down sink needs a new hinge. The trailer currently is closed airtight no leaks. The crank works, but does not stay up. Ive been supporting it with two by fours. A new crank cost a few hundred dollars. Im just not able to install it. I have the awning that attaches to the side, but currently is not attached.
