Layout includes a front private queen bedroom (with slideout to enlarge the space) and a rear bunkhouse. The bunkhouse includes multiple bunks plus a sleeper sofa and storage under bunks.

Central kitchen/living area, including a Ushaped dinette, sleeper sofa, and HD LED TVs

Full kitchen: 3burner cooktop, oven, refrigerator (approx 8cu ft in some variants), sink, decent counter space.

Bathroom with walkin shower, footflush toilet.

Washer/dryer prep in the front bedroom closet in many units.

Interior furnishings are upgraded: residential countertops, furniture, etc.

Exterior & Other Features
Awning: One power awning (17 ft) with LED lighting.

Outdoor Kitchen: In many units, there is an exterior kitchen with its own small fridge, burners, etc., and other outdoor features like spray port, LP quick connect.

Construction/Insulation: Includes things like insulated underbelly, walkon roof, Rvalue insulation in walls/roof etc. Designed for more seasons.

Electrical / Utilities: Prepped for solar, extra outlets, battery disconnect switch, etc.
