This 41 foot 5th wheel unit is completely ready and needs nothing. We had planned on living on the road much longer but plans have changed and now we have a 5th wheel that has every modification for off-grid living considered and added resulting in a unit that is literally more sound and certainly more reliable than any brand new unit you could drive off any lot today. It is freshly out of the dealership shop having all warranty issues repaired. It has roughly 10,000 miles and has been serviced regularly. The Service Manager from the Dealership from which this unit originated knows about every issue it has had, every repair and every upgrade/improvement we have made and is willing to answer any questions any perspective buyer may have. I can put any serious buyers in direct contact with him.
We purchased an extended warranty. It is extendable and transferable. This warranty just paid for some significant structural repairs to the rear wall that was slowly shaking loose from the main frame. The rear wall is now certainly much stronger than the factory original could have ever been
During our time living in this unit we have had opportunity to shake out every issue and modify all the components to end up with a self-contained system that allowed us on two occasions to park in the Arizona desert for 6 months without moving the unit and still have all the functions of a regular house. We could haul our water in with a food safe collapsible poly-tank (included), haul waste out with a sewage tote (included), which I could put in the back of the truck and fill with a macerator pump (included) to empty black/gray tanks. Were selling this unit completely ready to go. You would literally only need to load your personal stuff, food and kitchen and youre gone. Were including everything. And EVERTHING works.
We lived with 3 dogs and a cat in this thing. It will be cleaned within an inch of its life. But there are signs. We lived in it. There are scuffs and nicks and a few screw holes but nothing glaring. The refrigerator and pantry and shelves have marks from jars and such sliding around during travel, but the unit is CLEAN and EVERYTHING works.

Replaced useless (in the opinion of someone who is always looking for a place to store stuff) electric fireplace under TV with doors for storage, The fan blades were snugly mounted next to the ceiling allowing for zero inflow, hence zero outflow and it wouldnt blow a tissue off the island countertop. Anyway, I added some homemade standouts and now it actually works as a fan

Feel free to do the typical RV searches to look for comparisons for this particular 2022 Keystone Montana 3781RL, but will be difficult to find something that can truly compare. The Solar Power Plant in this unit alone amounts to over $24,000 of the finest equipment in the industry, assembled with care and pride. Modifications, additions and improvements have been made to make the unit convenient and livable. Needed repairs both small and large have been restored to better than original quality. We have not just driven this into the ground and decided to get rid of it. It really is a nice 5th Wheel.
Hopefully you can tell from the nature of this ad that Im not just trying to ditch an RV but that this one may be a bit different and not fit the mold of your typical Landwhale. Im not a fly-by-nighter. Everything has been done correctly here. However, as with all things in life, nothing is guaranteed. EVERYTHING IS PURCHASED AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEE OF FUTURE PERFORMANCE. Not because I dont trust what is sitting in my driveway in the form of a 5th wheel exactly as described, but because I do trust the unpredictability of the universe.
This isnt really the weekend warrior type rig in my opinion but then again maybe youre just that kind of weekend warrior. If youre serious about boondocking, and/or serious about this kind of rig youll know what youre looking at and that Im proposing a reasonable deal. Thanks
