This 2022 Grand Design Imagine XLS 22MLE is in exceptional condition, very clean and well maintained, with approximately 9,700 miles. We used it mainly for wintering in Key West and when we didn't make that trip, it was stored indoors during the winter. It has a multitude of features and dealer installed options, including: theater recliner seating (vibrate and heat), 165w solar panel, Dometic slide topper, hard wired Watchdog surge guard, Winegard Air 360+ with Gateway 4G router (includes satellite TV receiver WIFI and broadcast TV antenna), and a Blue Ox Sway Pro leveling hitch with 2-5/16" ball. Of major significance for peace of mind, we have a Portfolio One Extended Service Warranty that is transferrable ($100) and expires 3/39/2027 (road-side and towing assistance is included). A long list of items is included: a Perma Pro Trailer Cover (never used), an Anderson leveling system with stability blocks, several 30A power cable extensions and adapter plugs (we use our F-150 PowerBoost as a generator for boondocking), portable dehumidifier, Keurig Coffee Maker, outdoor patio mat, a handy entry ramp, (2) 20" sewer hoses with a ramp, and a host of tools (magnetic level, power drill for stabilizers, torque wrench for checking lug nuts, hitch and hitch pin locks). Basically, all the necessities you need to hook up and go. Complete service records, owner's manual and component manuals are available. The last service was on 11/26/25 and it has a current NYS registration and inspection. This trailer has all the important things we wanted: large refrigerator and freezer, roomy shower, long slide-out that make it feel roomy, ROKU TV, large power awning, and convertible dinette. It's a perfect couples coach that can sleep three comfortably! Its fairly priced at blue book which is less than half the cost of buying new and with a similar extended warranty!
