I am the second owner and have owned since 2022.  After 17 years my wife and I have decided to no longer travel by RV.  This is a quality built unit that was used and maintained with love.  Oil was changed every 3,000 miles.  This sale includes all hoses, filters, and attachments that are needed to hit the road.  I just had the chassis inspected by a professional  mechanic who noted a manifold gasket leak and a pinion leak on the driveshaft.  I had both these repaired at my expense of $2,300 so the new owner will not have any surprises.

NOTE:  While at the mechanic is was hit with a hail storm.  The drivers side basement doors have several dings that can be seen when looking at the correct angle with the slides retracted.  There were also some penny-size holes in the roof that were immediately repaired.  The fabric slide toppers were also hit in some spots were they meet the motorhome.

Price was $79,900 prior to the hail damage.  The revised price is $69,900.  Everything operates as it should, and there is no need for further repair to enjoy this unit.
