Very clean and everything works as it should. Relaxing front living room layout with fireplace. Island kitchen and oversized refrigerator. Large bedroom with plenty of closet space. Tons of outdoor storage and power awning. Also has automatic self leveling jacks. Two flat screen TVs included and some other camping accessories may stay if the buyer wishes.
Have owned for 3 years and had no issues. It was kept in a shed when not in use since we have owned it.
Only reason for selling is needing to change to a bunkhouse to accommodate growing grandkids.
