This is a "like new" 2026 G3250 with less than 2000 miles on it, with a build date of 10/2025. Everything is original as delivered from Bish's to us in Nov 2025 (i.e. no DIY mods).

Brinkley and Bish's upgrades include:

• Creative interior and exterior storage (more than we need)

• Fireplace

• Triple A/Cs with Heat Pumps

• Rear Patio and Built-in Cabinets (i.e., the "garage")

• Incredible sound system

• Ease of Hitching/Unhitching

• Firefly System

• Ability to chill on patio

The RV went into Bish's for minor warranty work on 4/27. We've been traveling, so this is just our first opportunity to bring it in (no major / structural issues). Also having the A/Cs serviced and roof inspected. Estimated completion is 5/14. Should come out better than new!

We've made no modifications to the delivered unit (anything on walls was hung using command strips). Several features remain unused, such as the bunk (mattress still in plastic bag), generator fuel tank (we test periodically with our propane), and the onboard air compressor. We're willing to include most of the RV "stuff" with the sale, e.g., water/sewer hoses, B&W Companion Hitch, Chalks, Leveling Pads, etc.

We purchased this and our truck expecting to be RVing for at least another year. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll be hanging up our keys this summer due to some life events.
