Trailer has been winterized and wheel bearings packed. It has instant hot water and 75 gal water tank. There are 2 20 gallon propane tanks. Trailer will come with 50 amp cord plus extension to reach 50. Sewer hose and water hoses included. There is a blackstone grill that will go with trailer. Trailer has been ceramic coated. I will include the swivel wheel trailer to haul generator and bikes. All cooking pans- silverware-dishes- coffee maker will go with trailer. Trailer has a queen bed in master and sofa makes into a bed. There is plenty of storage under the bed and in cabinets. There is a pantry and hook ups for a washer and dryer. Trailler has been kept in storage and used only 5 times in 2 years.
