The Grand Design Momentum Luxury 351MS utilizes a wide-body chassis, no wheel wells,
and dovetail entry, along with a stealth AC system and CRE3000 suspension, 5-sided
aluminum cage, heated underbelly, MORryde suspension, and LOTS of upgrades.
Floorplan:
The 2023 Grand Design Momentum 351MS is a luxury M-Class toy hauler fifth wheel,
blending residential comfort with adventure, featuring an 11-foot garage with Tuff-Ply
flooring, Happi-Jac sofas that convert to queen beds for extra sleeping, a ramp-to-patio,
mid-kitchen with island, a bath-and-a-half, and front master suite all wrapped in modern
finishes, ample storage and robust construction for towing. 

EXTERIOR UPGRADES:
This unit stands out from all the rest with an upgraded full body paint of silver and white.
Added solar panels for boondocking or power outage.
Automatic leveling system which can be controlled from your phone.
The front door lock has been upgraded to keyless entry, which is controlled from your
phone.
Included is a 5500 Onan Generator
Included is an Anderson 3217/3219 hitch for hauling.

Exterior:
Features include: 2 power awnings on the side as well as 1 over the rear patio
with LED lighting, frameless tinted windows, and slam-latch baggage doors. The patio
doors are glass, which can open either partially or fully.
It features an outdoor TV/entertainment system, 2 entry doors (the front door has a keyless
entry system which can be controlled from your phone).
5500 Onan Generator and 2 large propane tanks and garage storage space under the master
bedroom that reaches all the way across with openings on both sides.

Interior Living Space:
Center living space with theater seating (4 reclining chairs in living area, the end chairs
heated/massage) Includes a Includes a 49" LED TV in the living area, a stereo.
entertainment system with Bluetooth, 7" touchscreen control panel and roller shade
window coverings and a fireplace that heats the place extremely well.
Kitchen:
Features a kitchen island with 2 bar stools, 18 cu. ft. residential French-door refrigerator,
and a chef-inspired range with 4 burners and oven, a microwave above the stove. Includes
solid surface countertops stainless steel sink with covers for additional surface space,
recessed LED puck lighting, and a 12-gallon gas/electric tankless water heater. There is a
pantry in the kitchen and lots of cabinet space. A whole house water filtration system.
Master Bedroom:
Upgraded to a KING BED with storage underneath. 3 spacious closets, the middle closet
can convert to laundry. A dresser with TV mounts above it.
Master Bath:
Master bath is a full bath including a tub/shower with a body spray system, glass closure,
and teak seating.
Garage:

The garage features a 2,500 lb. rated flush-mount tie-down, and a Fast Ramp rear door
with two-sided lift-assist.
The rear patio offers fencing all around, Gen II 3-Season doors with sliding windows and
steps for your convenience and an awning.
UPGRADED to include a 3rd A/C unit in the garage and a 3rd TV
2 queen beds overhead that will lower for either sleeping or more seating space, a dining
table, and a half bath.
On-board Wi-Fi prep, central vacuum, washer/dryer prep, fuel station, and 50-amp
service. 
We have kept the unit in covered storage when not in use.
