The RV previously had a roof leak that was identified and sealed promptly. There are no active leaks, and the RV is fully usable as it sits.

The previous leak caused delamination in the driver's-side cab-over area and around the roof A/C unit. These areas are shown in the last few photos. Repairs to the roof and cab-over area would improve the RV cosmetically and structurally, but the damage is from the previous leak, not an ongoing one.

The RV has been used without issue since the leak was repaired, and everything remains dry.

Aside from the roof repair needed, the RV has been well maintained, with many components replaced or upgraded by professional RV service shops, including:

New 12-volt refrigerator

New awning and exterior speaker assembly
