For sale is our 2020 Jayco Precept 36A bunkhouse. Measures 39 front to back. We bought it brand new from Mark Richardson RV in 2019.

Every year it has been fully serviced, engine, suspension lubed, and generator service done at RV Specialist in Upland. Last year we installed a brand new 15,000 BTU heat pump in the front and replaced all the batteries. About 2 years ago we replaced the slide-out awnings and did a full service on all appliances along with resealing the RV.

Unfortunately, we just dont use it enough.

We are not in a rush, no low balls. It was just detailed and is ready to go. It has been stored in Rancho in a covered spot since day one. Everything works 100%.

Included is a Dometic CFX3 100 wired into the front compartment, no more dealing with ice. It also has the upgraded fridge that runs on propane and battery, so its great for dry camping without draining your batteries.

Overhead bunk, sleeps 8 to 10 comfortably, and has 2 full bathrooms. There are 5 TVs throughout the RV, including one outside tied into the stereo.
