Notes:

• Title Status: The unit has a reconstructed title, the only water damage we found was the plywood supporting the master bed mattress and inside the one closet.

• Maintenance Update: The damaged wood supporting the mattrass has been completely replaced. All roof joints have been resealed and no leakage detected.

• Structural Integrity: Floors and walls have been checked and have absolutely no soft spots.
